Check your cartridge for the following criteria:
When viewed from the side, the pins from your cartridge must be below the bayonette pins of the headshell. This is because of the unusually long length of these connectors.
As a result, certain cartridges cannot use them. very squat cartridges or cartridges' whose pins angle torwards the top of the headshell like Goldring G series, and Pickering EP series, and there are probably others.
